About
Welcome to the Tayside and Fife Regional Masters event for 2023 at Forthill Squash Club.
The event will run from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th December 2023.
The event is open to all players over the age of 35 and will be run using a knockout draw with plate competitions or using round robin draws depending on the number of entrants. The competition runs in age groups and these may be combined, again depending on the number of entrants. Players must be must be within the age category on the last day of the tournament.
The following age groups will be accepting entries:
Women’s over 35/40/45/50/55/60/65
Men’s over 35/40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75.
Please note entrants without a Squash in Scotland membership will be subject to a £5 guest fee. Membership can be purchased with the entry fee if desired.
Forthill squash club is a 15 minute walk from Broughty Ferry which has a range of bars and hotels and independent gift shops for your last minute Christmas shopping.

An excellent tournament with hard-working administrators, excellent courts, changing and shower facilities. The clubhouse provided excellent soup for all competitors. The matches were scheduled on a next available court basis, which meant that all games were played on time and flexibility was available for plate match rescheduling. Referee volunteers did a great job and the atmosphere throughout the event was positive.

Thoroughly enjoyable weekend and some fantastic squash matches witnessed. Very friendly and welcoming competitors.

Very good tournament - well run by Jennifer and Grant.
Very welcoming with free coffee, home baking, soup and bananas for all competitors
Good decision to close entries 10 days before event and give early advice on no play on Friday night and early publishing of draws
